PVC Paste Resin 74GP (PG740) is a high-molecular-weight polyvinyl chloride homopolymer paste resin manufactured by TPC Paste Resin Co., Ltd. / SCGC using Hybrid Dispersion technology.
This product features low viscosity with excellent viscosity stability, good air release properties, and process-friendly heat stability, making it suitable for applications requiring high mechanical strength, optimal surface quality, and consistent performance, such as in the production of synthetic leather (particularly the top layer), tarpaulins and fabric coatings including conveyor belts, flooring applications as a top layer or vinyl floor protector, and automotive applications such as sealants and mastics.
Additionally, it can be used for molding and dipping processes such as gloves, toys, tool handles, and terminal sleeves on electrical components.
