How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the destination and stock availability at the nearest warehouse. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 days after payment. Orders paid after the 15:00 cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.
How can I track my shipment?
Currently, the website does not provide a self-service tracking feature. However, you may not worry because you can contact our B2B admin to confirm your delivery status.
Can I pick up the goods myself at the warehouse?
Yes. You may select the Self-Pickup option during checkout, according to stock availability at your chosen warehouse. You will receive an email notification on the next working day (D+1) with the estimated pickup date and a collection memo.
How do I obtain technical documents (MSDS/COA/Halal Certificate)?
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), Certificate of Analysis (COA), and Halal Certificate (MUI) will be provided along with the product delivery. Alternatively, you may request them via WhatsApp through the website.
