• Within the Traditional Pastry sector, it is a key ingredient for making Cakue and Bagiak cookies to achieve large air pockets.
• Ammonium Bicarbonate serves as a superior crisping agent for Fried Food coatings, such as fried chicken or fritters.
• However, it should be noted that this product is not suitable for moist cakes, as it may leave an ammonia aroma if the product's moisture content remains high.
