How to USE THE LAUTAN LUAS WEBSITE

To make purchases through the Lautan Luas website, you are required to register and create a Customer Account (“Account”). By purchasing our products through the Lautan Luas website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself
  • Maintain such information to ensure it remains accurate and complete, including promptly updating any changed information

 

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Customers may register directly at solution.lautan-luas.com via the Create an Account menu.

  • Customers are required to complete their personal or company information and submit the necessary supporting documents.
  • Once the data has been verified by the Company’s administrator, customers will receive a notification confirming that their account is active and ready for use.

 

PAYMENT

Payments for orders can be made through the following methods:

  • Transfer Bank
  • Virtual Account
  • Credit Card

 

DELIVERY / PICK UP

Orders will be processed for delivery once payment has been successfully completed and will be shipped to the registered address. Deliveries are handled by designated carriers appointed by or in cooperation with Lautan Luas. We provide nationwide delivery services across Indonesia using the following methods:

  • We provide delivery using our integrated internal logistics fleet to ensure the safe handling of chemical products, as well as through trusted logistics partners to reach various regions across Indonesia. Delivery time depends on the destination and stock availability at the nearest warehouse. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 days after payment confirmation. For payments made after the cut-off time of 15:00, orders will be processed on the next working day.
  • You may choose to collect your order directly from our designated warehouse. The self-pickup option can be selected during the checkout process, subject to stock availability at your chosen warehouse. You will receive an email notification on the next working day (H+1) with the estimated pickup date and a collection memo.
